This weekend, 1st & 2nd February, sees the first round of games in this year’s Six Nations Championship. Throughout the tournament most games will be shown live, with some shown as recordings. Where possible, the England Women’s games will also be shown, again live if possible.
The club holds the principle that support of our teams and players should take presedent over televised sport and live international rugby should not be shown on the club’s TV screens while we have home fixtures taking place.
Live games are therefore occassionally recorded and played at a delayed time to allow spectators and players to enjoy them. This principle is endorsed by the club commitee and your co-operation will be most appreciated. Please do not harass or complain to our bar staff or volunteers with regards to the scheduling of matches.
