Eccles RFC are honoured to be hosting the Lancashire Colts Finals and look forward to welcoming the competing Clubs, Players and Spectators on Sunday 27th April 2025. 

All visitors should please note:

1. Our Gates will open at 0930. Parking of all vehicles will be controlled by Club Volunteers and drivers are requested to help by parking in a responsible, considerate manner in the areas you are directed to. All vehicles are parked entirely at the owner's own risk. The Club does not accept responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of vehicles or thier contents that may occur.

2. There will be parking provision for a Team Coach if you advise us in advance.

3. DO NOT bring your own Alcohol into our ground.
    There will be plenty of opportunity to buy beverages from our coffee shop (open from 0930) and our bar (open from 1200).
    Those ignoring this regulation will be refused admission or will be ejected from the grounds.

4. Spectators are asked to bring cash to pay at the admission gate in case the Wi-Fi card reader has an issue. 

Admission charges are :

   Adult - £6 (including a link to the online Match Programme).
   16 and under & Concessions - £3.
   12 and under FOC.
   Family Ticket - £12 (includes 2 Adults, 2 Concessions and 1 x Match Programme link). 

Gate receipts pay for the Player's Meals, Referee's expences and the other overheads incurred in running a Finals Day. Please do not harass the Volunteers by attempting to avoid payment. Trouble makers will be refused admission or ejected.

5. Teams should plan to arrive and register their Squads at least 1 hour before kick-off.

6. Spectators must remain outside the playing enclosure behind barriers and must never enter the field of play.

7. Replacements and a maximum of 3 Team Officials should remain within the marked technical areas; other than when bringing on water. Referees will instruct Coaches to remain within the Technical Area. Coaches must MUST NOT tramp the touchlines inciting players with verbose coaching instruction. Referees will remove verbose Coaches to outside the playing enclosure behind the barrier.

8. Dogs are permitted but must be kept on a lead and must be kept off the pitches.
