The club's Annual General Meeting will be held at the clubhouse on Monday 5th July, commencing 8pm.
The AGM provides an opportunity for members to hear reports from the Committee on the achievements and accounts of the club over the past 12 months, to ask questions and to vote on the election of club officers for the year ahead. All members are welcome to attend the AGM but only fully-paid Senior Player, Non-Player, Walking Rugby Player and Colts/Student/Unemployed Player Members over the age of 18 are eligible to vote. (Social Members and M&J Members are not eligible to vote). Non-members can request to attend the AGM by writing to club secretary Mark Greenhalgh at members@ecclesrfc.org.uk
