
Dear members, the club's Annual General Meeting will be held in the clubhouse on Monday 6 June, starting 8pm.
The AGM is an opportunity for members to hear reports on the past 12 months of activity from the club officers, ask questions regarding the business and direction of the club and participate in the election of club officers for the year ahead. (Please note Social Members and M&J Members are not eligible to vote)
Nominations are welcome for all club committee positions. Any member wishing to nominate a fellow club member as an Officer or Senior Captain should email their nomination to the Club Secretary at members@ecclesrfc.org.uk, CCing their nominee and a second club member acting as 'seconder’.
Anyone wishing to raise any points for AOB should email them to members@ecclesrfc.org.uk The deadline for both nominations and points of AOB is one week before the meeting, Monday 30th May.
