Dear Members, please be advised that the club’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 5 June 2023, starting at 8pm.
The AGM is an opportunity for members to hear reports on the past 12 months of activity from the club officers, ask questions regarding the business and direction of the club, and participate in the election of club officers and captains for the year ahead. It’s also an opportunity for a drink with your friends!
The following roles on the committee will be open to nominations at the end of this 2022/23 season:

If you wish to nominate a fellow member for election as a Club Officer, Senior Captain or for a role on the committee please email your nomination to the Club Secretary at members@ecclesrfc.org.uk before midnight, Sunday 30 April 2023.
Please note - Your nomination must be seconded by a second club member and your candidate must be aware of your nomination, so please copy them into your email.
Please note - Only Full members over 18 years of age, who have paid their annual subscription fees are eligible to vote at the AGM. (Social members and M&J player members are not eligible to vote).
