The 2020 Eccles RFC Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday 27th July, starting at 20:00.
Due to the ongoing pandemic situation we have opted to run the meeting via video conference (Zoom). Details for the call will be emailed to club members on the day of the meeting, using your contact details recorded within GMS. If you have any concerns about your abilities to receive this email please contact Heather. To participate please download the Zoom app to your device.
Full written reports will be published to the club website in advance on this link 2020 AGM
Where possible, a summary of each report will be presented on the night, before questions are invited.
Any other Business must be raised to Secretary Mark Greenhalgh no later than Monday 20th July in order to be accepted. No questions will be answered where relevant information isn't immediately available.
