The 10th annual Eccles Beer Festival will be rolling out the barrels on Friday 19, Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 August and this summer we're aiming for it to be bigger and better than ever before!

Plans are already underway with local Beers, Ciders, Gins & Rums being sourced and selected by a dedicated tasting crew. Entertainments are being auditioned. Sponsors and volunteers are being sort.

Following the success of last year, the 'Eccles Cup' Rugby Tournament will run through the Saturday afternoon and live music we expect will have us bouncing into the evening. More details will be published on social media as soon as they are confirmed.

If you would like to join the team and take part in the organisation or the delivery of the Festival weekend please email volunteer@ecclesrfc.org.uk or text Martin Parkinson 07926 580803‬ for dates of the planning meetings at the club. Setting up bars and gazebos, selling tokens, serving drinks, collecting glasses, de-rigging and cleaning up - All support and help is welcome. Anyone can get involved, no previous experience is required and training will be provided.
