UPDATE: Thanks to everyone who particpated. The Christmas Quiz was a big success. £700 raised on the nose (there was an anonymous £100 payment this morning). 27 teams in total competed and overall the forwards outquizzed the backs and the barbarians (non-players). Big shout out to Quiz Master Matt Ashton, U6 dad, who everyone agrees was brilliant and appreciation also to Matt's generous rugby mates, former players unnconnected to Eccles RFC, who made donations too - a great example of the rugby family spirit.
