The last 12 months have been tough. The pandemic has hit our community hard and the club has lost a full year of income. Now we have sight of a return to rugby ahead of us in the coming months, the club needs to address a number of essential maintenance projects and ground improvements that were put on hold last year and are now in jeopardy.
On Friday 26 February we are launching our Covid Recovery Crowdfunder to raise £20,000 in four weeks!
In true all-or-nothing Eccles style, if we don’t hit our target by the deadline of Thursday 25 March, we get nothing!
Our first objective is to achieve 100 supporters and 25% (£5,000) in week one.
It’s vitally important for success that we get off to a great start and promote far beyond the membership of the club.
We are offering great value rewards to our supporters, many of them generously donated by local businesses.
You'll also see we're offering the opportunity to claim your advance tickets for proposed future events and order a limited edition Eccles RFC 1921-2021 heritage shirt to commemorate '100 Years of Hoops'.
