Eccles RFC take mental health issues seriously and have a club mental health partner, TRY TALKINGwho can offer counselling and support during life-changing events such as coping with pandemic restrictions, limited participation in sport, relationship difficulties, anxiety and stress to name a few.

Counselling is a confidential, supportive conversation focussed on what you are experiencing and feeling. It offers an opportunity for you to reflect and be heard, to help you reach a better understanding of yourself and what you may need.

If you are struggling with the continuing Covid-19 lockdown, or have anything else on your mind, the club has a qualified Counsellor available to support your mental health. A free initial chat over zoom is available to all club members. Confidential 1-2-1 sessions at 30% discount, weekly group support or help finding alternative services are also available.

If you need to talk please don't hesitate to get in touch with Shelley on 07773062404 or by email shelley@trytalking.org.uk
