The club is sad to learn that Jimmy Brennand, Lee's father, passed away in December, following complications during surgery. Jimmy was an ever present supporter when Lee played ( regularly assisting as team photographer, first aider and transport provider for Lee's colts team ) and is remembered fondly by many at the club and in particular Lee's team mates. We extend our sincere condolences and sympathy to Lee and the Brennand family.
UPDATE: The Funeral of Jimmy Brennand (RIP) will be held at Agecroft Crematorium, Wednesday 24th January, 11am. Afterwards, onto our Club for Jimmy's wake. Lee has requested family flowers only, but would welcome donations to the British Heart Foundation, an organisation to which Jim donated an incredible 98 times!
