Men's pre-season training will commence at Eccles RFC on Tuesday 4th August. Any borrowed equipment from the club gym should be returned. Attending players must bring their own labelled water bottles. Sessions will run Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings, observing strict hand hygeine and social distancing protocols, with groups of 6 people. Sessions will be split between Strength & Conditioning, Pilates and Speed & Endurance. TO TRAIN YOU MUST BOOK YOUR SESSIONS IN ADVANCE ON THE ECCLES MENS HEJA APP.
