With rugby about to recommence, the club would like to remind all coaches, managers, first aiders and physios of our responsibility for player safety.
All our teams (Mini, Junior and Senior) must check their pitch for risks before all sessions and all matches, and MUST report and record any injuries requiring hospitalisation.
To help you with this the club has invested in PROACTIVE, an easy to use web-based mobile app for your phone, designed to simplify the process of pre-session checks, hazard reporting, injury recording and player concussion tracking.
Please use Proactive this season.
If you have any questions or need any help with set up please DM Heather.
Please note it is a RFU requirement that a trained First Aider is in attendance for any rugby activity.
For more information on attending an EFARU course please DM Heather.
Thank you for your support in taking player safety seriously, without committed responsible volunteers no community rugby would be played.
