To bring a little bit of lightness to our lives, the club has launched 'The Great Eccles Cake-Off' in support of Macmillan. Restrictions may prevent our annual coffee morning social events this year, but we can still share our baking with members and raise funds for Macmillan using the wonders of technology.
Step 1. Donate (£5 or more) to Macmillian by simply clicking LINK or using your smartphone camera on the QR code below.
Step 2. Bake your cake.
Step 3. Share an entertaining 60 second video of your cake by social media, tagging the club. The video with the most likes/shares/retweets/comments posted BEFORE Monday 5th October will earn the accolade of 'Eccles Best Baker' and no doubt lots of requests for your recipe!
