Members are advised that the club’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 8th June 2026, starting at 8pm sharp.
The AGM is an opportunity for members to hear reports on the past 12 months of activity from the club officers, ask questions regarding the business and future direction of the club, and participate in the election of Club Officers (President, Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Fixture Secretary) and Senior Captains for the year ahead.
Club Members are able to nominate a fellow club member for election as a Club Officer, Senior Captain or for a role on the committee by addressing an email to the Club Secretary at members@ecclesrfc.org.uk before midnight, Monday 25th May 2026. Nominations must be seconded by a supporting club member and your candidate must be aware of your nomination, so please copy them into your email.
Club Members are also able to nominate deserving candidates for consideration as Vice President of the club (awarded in recognition of dedicated loyal service) or Honorary Life Member of the club (awarded in recognition of significant and sustained service) by emailing proposal details to the Club Secretary at members@ecclesrfc.org.uk before midnight, Friday 8th May 2026.
Please note - Only Full Playing and Non-Playing club members over 18 years of age, who have paid their annual subscription fees are eligible to nominate and vote at the AGM. Social members and M&J player members are not eligible.
