The club was proud to host Lancashire and Cumbria on Sunday afternoon and especially proud of our six Eccles U16 Girls who were selected in the county squad.

Lancashire overcame visitors Cumbria in three games, 7-0, 12-5, 14-10, in front of a big crowd at Gorton Street for the final fixture of the Girls' PDG season, ensuring they retained thier unbeaten record, following impressive performances against Cheshire, Durham, Nottingham, Lincolnshire and Derbyshire.

Congratulations to Annie, Ava, Ortega, Millie, Poppy and Sophie, thier Lancashire team mates and the coaching team on this achievement.
