Eccles RFC are delighted to announce an exciting sponsor partnership for the 2019/20 season with D3 Tape.

D3, the New Zealand based sports strappings experts, will supply the club with all its first aid supplies, physio tapes, bandages and rubs as well as man of the match player goodie bags for 1XV and 2XV home fixtures. As part of the deal D3 will also supply a new folding physio bed and will sponsor Senior players Adam Christey and Mollie Young for the 2019/20 season.

Speaking about the deal Eccles RFC Director of Rugby Sam Simpson commented "Myself and Mark Plumridge from D3 met up earlier in the summer and I’m really happy we've been able to secure and finalise this agreement. D3 tape is a quality brand with a growing reputation and a desire to support Grassroots Rugby. They've identified Eccles RFC is a club with a similar values to their own and Eccles RFC’s #Homegrown ethos was something D3 Tape were really impressed by. As part of the agreement, D3 wanted to sponsor two of our senior Players who have made the transition through the club's junior section to adult rugby. Adam Christey, who has played at Eccles from age 8 and is now Mens 1st Team and last season's Lancashire u20 Backrow, and  Eccles Ladies player Mollie Young who joined Eccles at age 12 and has represented Lancashire at U15s and U18s, will both have the honour of D3 being their sponsor for the 2019/20 season.  I’d like to take this opportunity to thank D3 Tape for its support and I hope it’s the start of a lasting beneficial partnership for both parties."
